According to the AP, after some serious research into the whole “Climategate” scandal, they have determined that while the scandal doesn’t entirely disprove global warming, it certainly paints a bad picture of the entire science culture surrounding it. To put it in a nutshell, The University of East Anglia’s Climate Research Unit did engage in attempting to manipulate some data (with “generous interpretations”), but a large portion of their underhandedness was directed against skeptics, whom they generally ignored and/or attacked fiercely. Apparently, despite having PhDs, some people still behave like 12 year old girls.
