Dr. James N. Ziglar, Jr. has served three terms on the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners, five years as Chairman. First elected in 1976, Dr. Ziglar served until 1988. He was elected Vice Chairman in 1983 and Chairman in 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987 and 1988.

During his 2008 campaign for County Commissioner, Kirk provided immediate and essential assistance to a dying internet campaign, revitalizing Dr. Ziglar’s website and internet campaign and providing consulting on his further advertising work online.
